We are approved to AS9100 TS157by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Ltd approval no. 0945444. This is in addition to our BS EN ISO 9001:2000 approval.

Authenticated specialist assessors who are registered on the IAQG Online Aerospace Supplier Information System (OASIS) database grant approval in accordance with the global IAQG certification scheme, AS/EN 9104.

We are licensed by the American Petroleum Institute (API) to use the Official API Monogram® on manufactured products under the conditions in the official publications of the API entitled API Spec Q1® and API Spec 7-1. Our license number is 7-1-0693.

Our Quality System is regularly audited by our customers’ quality teams, essential to maintaining our ‘direct to line’ quality approvals.

We have invested in Wenzel CNC and Aberlink co-ordinate measuring equipment that enables us to check components in a fraction of the time it would take using traditional methods. We can even run an inspection routine checking up to 900 dimensions overnight. Detailed reports can be available the following morning. This reduces lead times and provides a guarantee of conformance to tolerance.
